We are delighted to announce that Eclectic Self Protection - Self Defence Systems UK run weekly self defence classes in Muswell Hill, North London.

Classes run every Thursday for 75 minutes, from 7.30 to 8.45pm.

Location : Hornsey Parish Church, Cranley Gardens, Muswell Hill, London, N10 3AH

Men, women and teens aged 12 years + welcome.

By bus : W7, W5, 41, 91, N41, N91, buses all run to Crouch End, Disembark at Crouch End Broadway and is a 7 minute walk to Hornsey Parish Church. 134, 43, 299 all run to Muswell Hill and is a 10 minute walk to Hornsey Parish Church. W7, W3 and 144 stops right outside the church.
By tube : Finsbury Park (W7 - 12 mins), Victoria / Picadilly Lines and National Rail, Archway (W5 - 10 mins, 41 - 15 mins), Northern Line, Turnpike Lane.
By overground : Crouch Hill railway station. Its a 15 minute walk north or W7 to Hornsey Parish Church.
By train : Hornsey National Rail Station. Its a 15 minute walk south-east to Hornsey Parish Church.
By car : Limited street parking. Small public car park within the Church grounds.

An analysis of Self defence and the UK law was explained with relevance to 1) the perceived level of threat, 2) the appropriate and necessary response, and 3) a justifiable use of force. We also covered the criminal law act.

Muswell Hill Personal Training - September 2019
A client from Muswell Hill contacted me via my website and booked in for 2 private 90 minute sessions. They wanted the sessions designed for practical martial arts and self defence, and for key personal security skills relevant to travelling as they were a regular traveller abroad.

Highgate Personal Training July 2019
After a 10 minute initial consultation they had no injuries or conditions and were currently fit and healthy and wanted the session totally focussed on self defence. Client 1 mentioned to me he use to train in ITF Taekwondo for a few years whilst at university and found it too demanding and was not very focussed on societies dangers, and wanted a package of natural and simple self defence techniques. Client 2 was a beginner and wanted a boost in confidence, self assurance, personal protection and general fitness.
